Payment Terms & Conditions: Tungsten Shield Live Webinar payment is due upon client's receipt of registration confirmation. Live Webinar registration fee includes copies of the webinar presentation material and/or other copyright materials. This material is legally protected under applicable law and intended solely for individually registered attendees. Any use, forwarding, dissemination, or reproduction of the included materials is strictly prohibited. Live Webinar audio requires a telephone connection; teleconferences are subject to telephone toll fees.
Registration fees are on an individual, per person/attendee basis. All webinar registration fees are payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, by Check, or by electronic transfer (additional fees apply for electronic transfer).
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date and will receive a credit for use toward a future live webinar up to one year from date of the credit's issue. The Tungsten Shield Group will provide a refund only if the live webinar has been cancelled. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the live webinar. Live webinars may be rescheduled due to unavoidable factors. Registrants will be notified 48 hours in advance if a reschedule occurs.
