

Payment Terms & Conditions: Tungsten Shield Live Webinar payment is immediatley due upon client's receipt of registration confirmation. Live Webinar registration fee includes copies of the webinar reference material
and/or other copyright materials. This material is legally protected under applicable law
and intended solely for individually registered attendees. Any use, forwarding, dissemination, or reproduction of the included materials is strictly prohibited. Live Webinar audio requires a telephone connection, teleconferences are subject to telephone toll fees.
Registration fees are on an individual, per person/attendee basis. All payments for webinar registrations are payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, by Check, or by electronic transfer (additional fees apply for electronic transfer). All pricing is in US dollars.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date and will receive a credit for use toward a future live webinar up to one year from date of the credit's issue. The Tungsten Shield Group will provide a refund only if the live webinar has been cancelled. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the live webinar. Full payment is due if client has received the live webinar reference materials whether they are able attend the live webinar or not. Live webinars may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or other unavoidable factors. Registrants will be notified 24hours in advance if a cancellation occurs.
